Children today have less time, less space and, often, less freedom to play spontaneously. Between screens, busy schedules, structured activities and environments increasingly geared towards adults, free play is losing ground.

Description

What are we losing when spontaneous play disappears from childhood?

Play has changed.

Children today have less time, less space and, often, less freedom to play spontaneously. Between screens, busy schedules, structured activities and environments increasingly geared towards adults, free play is losing ground.

But play is not just about “passing the time”.

It is through play that the child explores, imagines, creates, communicates, negotiates, solves problems, learns to deal with frustration and builds autonomy.

In this training we will look at the changes in play in childhood today and understand what is changing, why it is happening and what professionals can do to restore play to its role in child development.

Training duration:

This training lasts 6 hours.

What will you receive?

Training certificate issued by DGERT.
